We are looking for a
QHSE Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with great potential to go permanent.

You'll provide day to day administrative support to the health & safety department, contributing to the long‐term development of the QHSE function.


Our QHSE team supports the wider business on a national scale, offering the opportunity for the right person to progress their career and gain extensive experience within a fast paced commercial environment.


As QHSE Co-ordinator you'll be:

  • Assisting with the control, monitoring, and implementation of QHSE group standards
  • Monitoring and coordinating the QHSE inbox, responding to requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Controlling and administering the QHSE Compliance registers
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders on improvement projects
  • Assisting in preparation of QHSE communications, including QHSE information to assist with tender responses
  • Supporting in the maintenance and continual improvement of the company's QHSE management systems

As QHSE Co-ordinator you'll have:

  • Strong project management and administration skills
  • Good time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience prioritising your workload and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programmes
  • Excellent presentational skills for all correspondence, letters, presentations, and data
  • Great attention to detail and able to record information accurately
  • Previous H&S experience is desirable
