Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager / QHSE Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a Quality Manager / QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality, health and safety, and environmental systems to ensure compliance and excellence in our mechanical engineering business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality, health and safety, and environmental systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and quality investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the flow-down of quality requirements and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they understand and adhere to quality, health and safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, health and safety, and environmental performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Quality Manager or QHSE Manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally NEBOSH qualified or experience with Health & Safety.
  • Ability to pass security clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
