Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities
  • Offer support and expertise on QHSE issues within the National Real Estate sector.
  • Manage the organization's Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Perform internal compliance assessments and aid in contract initiation.
  • Conduct site evaluations, incident investigations, and audits.
  • Enhance QHSE awareness and evaluate feedback for ongoing improvement.
Accountability Structure
  • Report directly to the QHSE Director.
Qualifications
  • Graduate membership of IOSH or actively pursuing it.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Required Experience
  • Familiarity and experience with ISO management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in compliance and facilities management.
  • Strong IT capabilities and proficiency in generating statistical reports.
