Position Summary:


Bayswater College is looking for a dynamic individual to start as soon as possible as a member of the Student Services team as the Student Accommodation Executive.

You will be responsible for

  • Keeping accurate, uptodate records of all student accommodation bookings
  • Place students in host families, house shares, hotels, hostels and student residences
  • Help students with any issues that arise in any of the student accommodation.
  • Arrange visits to accommodation providers and help to create a comfortable studentcentred experience.
  • Identify and stay in the know with any new student accommodation options in London.
  • Accommodation of groups of international students taking part in education programmes.
  • You should understand student safeguarding, and welfare issues that could affect students during their stay in London.
You must be a confident user of MS Office and other cloud-based software. Accuracy of data input is essential, so you need a keen eye for detail.
