About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our site-based customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our students feel at home.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This may involve showing prospective students and their families around our site, assisting with maintenance requests, or handling complaints and rent arrears with empathy and understanding.
