Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, providing information and support on a range of topics, including accommodation, facilities, and services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of our students.
