Partner Marketing Programs Manager - Streamline and Simplify

As our Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager, your mission is clear: help to develop best practice frameworks that streamline partner marketing programs such as communications, event strategies, and partner recruitment across all our global regions.

On a typical day, you will collaborate with your leader, the Global Director of Partner Marketing, and Partner Marketing Managers across our global regions, identify areas that could benefit from streamlining and standardizing, prioritize those programs, and BUILD.

By eliminating duplicative work and simplifying processes, you'll be the key ingredient that will help us optimize our Partner Ecosystem (E.g.; Hybrid – 2 days per week of in-person collaboration from our Toronto, Canada office.

Develop and implement templates to assist our different regions in executing local events.

Gather data, analyze opportunities for improvement, and implement an enhanced communication framework that ensures a timely and consistent Partner experience for all Partner types globally.


Brand Champion:

  • With resources from our brand team, champion brand education efforts for our Partners, ensuring brand compliance and empowering them to represent Sage and our values and strengthening our brand presence in the market.
Marketing Spend Management and Reporting:

  • Track and report on the ROI for marketing spend within the Partner Marketing function. Your first 30 days will be all about learning, meeting teams, and building relationships. You'll have the support of your leader, an assigned "buddy" to help you assimilate, 2 other senior colleagues, and various resources to tap into. At 60 days, your focus will be gathering data – analyzing what's working well and what's not. 3 years of (indirect) channel/partner marketing experience at a tech or software company.
  • A background in marketing events strategy or management.
  • Improved or created marketing programs from scratch.
  • Ability to articulate your thoughts concisely verbally and in writing.
  • Hands-on experience creating effective marketing copy and communications.
  • Ability to travel to other Sage offices (US, UK, or Europe) about 2-4 times per year.
