My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Senior Application Support Analyst for Civica OpenRevs on a Contract basis.

The role will play a key role in both the support and development of the Civica OpenRevenues system

About the role:

Based in Central London (Remote):

  • Work across the full application lifecycle you will focus on supporting and developing solutions that will improve functionality and performance of systems.
  • Work with key business areas to understand changing requirements, business processes and provide innovative solutions to ensure consistent delivery of services to our customers.
  • Provide ongoing support for the Civica OpenRevs system

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

  • Strong experience and core skills in supporting and configuring Civica Open Revenues.
  • Experience in Local Government, ideally in service areas including Customer Service, Housing and Children's Services.
  • Experience of working within system analysis and design
  • Ideally experience of working within both a Dev/Ops environment and working within ITIL aligned environment

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £300-£400+ per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
