We are currently seeking a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a Graduate Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 support to our clients' business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior support analysts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participating in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support as needed.

Requirements
