Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in FP&A with a strong background in financial analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
