Senior Support Analyst

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join their team in London. As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line application support to a range of stakeholders from front to back office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and systems
  • Develop and implement lasting technology solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure support teams
  • Assess trading systems to investigate trade breaks, data, and performance problems
  • Work with electronic trading, markets, and connectivity
Requirements:
  • Fixed Income functional knowledge, particularly bond and treasuries trading expertise
  • C++, Java, or Python programming skills
  • Experience working in front to back office
  • Knowledge of Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, and Python
