My client a leading manufacturing company based in North Leeds, are looking for an Office Administrator to join their already established yet small team.

Your administration and reception skills will be complemented by first class interpersonal skills.

You will excel at communicating with clients in a friendly and approachable way, with a view to building long-standing relationships.


Duties of Office Administrator:

  • Working on reception answering incoming calls and taking messages where necessary as well as meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Filling
  • Ordering of office stationery
  • Logging of Sales orders and updating the spreadsheet
  • Logging received Customer Orders & sending acknowledgments to customers
  • Preparing despatch / delivery documents and organising couriers as required
  • Creating Commercial Invoices and Packing lists for Customs Purposes
  • Liaise with the production team
  • Updating required reports
  • Sending out Credit Application Forms and Reference letters
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Previous administration experience within a similar environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
  • An ability to demonstrate an aptitude for working with complex procedures and deadlines
  • Ability to work consistently to very high standards
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work meticulously and efficiently whilst managing a number of tasks
  • Good computer and IT skills essential
