As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of their office.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents

Skills:

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
