We are a leading refrigeration engineering company, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.

With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and engineering staff.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Assist with project documentation and compilation of manuals.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with HRrelated tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, laptops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred but not required.
