- Create action plans post company engagement survey
- Conduct exit interviews, identify themes and make recommendations to the business
- Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvements in support of People Operations, seeking ways to create efficiencies in leveraging technology to relieve pressure on areas such as Leave of Absence management, Regulatory Referencing and other items that arise as part of the HR role to the client group
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is a nice to have but not a must
Proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, especially within the finance sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels
Proficiency in HR software and systems, Workday and Service Now
Strong organizational and time management skills
Some knowledge of employee relations processes across the EMEA region
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Proactive and independent thinker with a strategic mindset
Collaborative individual, committed to working in a dynamic global team
Fluent in English, with additional languages beneficial for the European market
