About the Role

We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner supporting our Business Wholesale function.

This role requires someone who has strong project and change management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, is highly influential and isn't afraid to challenge while always maintaining great relationships.


The primary focus of the role is to be the strategic People Partner, supporting the delivery of the Business Wholesale plan by delivering the 3 pillars of the People strategy (Org Design and Effectiveness, Talent & Performance and Engagement).

Your time will be varied with periods focused on business partnering and project delivery.


This is what the day to day will look like- Working with members of the Business Wholesale Leadership Team (BWLT) and their management teams to execute functional plans, bringing best practice people expertise and advice- Providing leaders and managers with support and guidance in a wide range of areas, including organisational design & problem solving, behavioural change, change management, colleague development, performance management and engagement- Owning and delivering large scale people change programmes that drive organisational effectiveness- Supporting the annual People activities within the team including, performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement survey and training analysis- Coaching and developing senior leaders- Working with internal Talent & Talent Acquisition teams to assist with the implementation of the talent agenda and ensure the function has the right capabilities, in the right place, at the right time to deliver the plan- Recruitment of senior roles- Ensuring eNPS is on the agenda and is a key focus for the leadership teams to drive improvement of engagement across the function.

Experience- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice- Strong stakeholder management- Commercial acumen- Experience in working within Wholesale Telecoms functions- CIPD qualified or relevant experience
