About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This is a hands-on operational role that requires collaboration with managers to foster employee well-being and engagement through various initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for people-related matters within their designated area, ensuring timely and accurate case management while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including preparing for Employment Tribunals
  • Develop and implement proactive, customer-focused business solutions to HR challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers across all levels of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR practices, holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification or an equivalent degree in Human Resource Management
