**Summary**

We are delighted to share two fantastic People Partner opportunities, based in Salford Quays (with ad hoc travel to our Waterside Support Centre in Paddington, London). These are a People Partner, for the Finance BSC (Business Service Centre) & Finance Transformation Programme (12 month FTC) and a People Partner, for Colleague Services and our People Programmes

Both areas have a huge digital change agenda and are front and centre in terms of the Business strategy. As the People Partner, you will work alongside business leaders, lead for a high-performance culture & deliver our People plan.

**What youll** **do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- Leading on the People Plan to drive a high-performance and inclusive culture
- Mentoring leaders and line managers to aim higher; driving improvement in both business and personal performance
- Getting close to our colleagues and customers, to inform and influence positive change, ensuring colleagues are at the centre of decision making
- Leading on talent activity upskilling leaders and line managers, leading talent forums, organisational planning, spotting and fast-tracking talent, senior recruitment, building capability and developing a future skills plan to deliver the strategy
- Putting plans in place and taking action to build an inclusive work environment where diverse talent can thrive

**Who you are**

Your skills and experience will include
- Experience in a People Partnering role
- An ability to lead on complex projects
- An ability to use data, insights and dashboards (inc Power BI) to improve performance and inform decision making
