About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This is a hands-on operational role that requires collaboration with our managers to foster employee well-being and engagement through various initiatives.

The People Partner will serve as the primary contact for people-related matters within their designated area, ensuring timely and accurate case management while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving improvements, managing change, and overseeing structural adjustments across our multi-site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives
  • Manage HRIS systems and labour metrics, including turnover and absence
  • Deliver proactive, customer-focused business solutions to HR challenges
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including preparing for Employment Tribunals
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading and supporting organisational change initiatives.

You will be up to date in employment law and HR practices, holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification or an equivalent degree in Human Resource Management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
