Contract:

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday shift 9:00am - 1:0pm on a rota basis

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Confident and personable telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft Packages

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling inbound customer service enquiries from both new and existing customers
  • Update customer records and set up new policies
  • Issuing renewal documentation to customers
  • Making outbound calls to customers and clients
  • Completing the administration process for insurance plans, including setting up, cancellations and postal communications
  • Ensure all documentation is sent out to customers and clients in the set timeframes
  • Escalate any complaints to senior members of the team
  • Stay in line with GDPR and FCA regulations
