- Full Time ( hours per week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

What are we looking for?

  • An organised, professional, and adaptable Receptionist
  • Passion for quality admin

  • A willingness to train on our various systems and processes

- Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience

Main duties of the job

  • Working on our outpatient reception at Foundation House, St George's Hospital, Stafford
  • Creating template and bespoke letters
  • Ad hoc tasks such as sending documents, preparing mail
  • Working as part of a busy admin service to provide first class admin support to our Mental Health clinicians
