If you are looking for a career in housing working for an organisation that is focused on making sure you enjoy coming to work everyday, then this could be the perfect role for you.


You will support the team to collect various different charges and debts, and you will also be the first point of contact for customers with queries about their rent accounts.


You will effectively manage a large, varied workload and some of the tasks you will be responsible for includes taking payments from customers, setting up arrangements for repayment of debts, responding to queries relating to various account types and always providing an excellent, solution focused service to customers.


There is ample opportunity for learning, development and progression, and this is the ideal role to kick start your income collection career.

  • Experience of working in a customer service role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
