Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented Door Supervisor to join our team. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Role and Responsibilities:_

We require door supervisors to join our expanding team in the Brighton area.

You will be working within a team ensuring customers have a safe evening, you will be required to carry out bag searches and ID checks upon entry and have a proactive approach in general, Meet and greet customers upon arrival with a warm welcome.

Minimum paid shift time is 4 hours.

  • You must have a valid SIA license
  • Good time keeping is essential
  • Smart appearance is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access
  • Check identification and verify legal drinking age
  • Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Collaborate with local authorities when necessary
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety within the premises
  • Respond promptly to alarms or disturbances
  • Enforce venue policies and regulations


Please note applicants will need to be prepared to work in varied roles such as events, Licensed premises and response teams.


Skills:

  • You must be able to a communicate in English
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor badge

You will need:

  • Basic uniform: Black Combats, Black polos, Black boots, Waterproof kit & warm weather gear.
  • Own transport or contribution towards the transport in place.
  • The right to work in the UK
