Your job
In this role as a Yard/Trade Counter Assistant some your duties involve:

  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Picking customer orders accurately
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
  • Processing orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline
  • Advising and serving customers on the trade counter when required
  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication
  • Qualifications
    You will come to us with:
  • Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
  • Literacy & Numeracy
  • Attention to detail
  • A hardworking & helpful outlook willing to train in all aspects of our operation
  • An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment

Desirable:

  • Warehouse experience
  • Some knowledge of drainage products
  • Forklift truck licence
