The Trust operates many services from sites across Rotherham including Rotherham Community Health Centre, close to the town Centre with good transport routes.
Rotherham Hospital which is situated just two miles south of Rotherham town Centre, within proximity to the M1 and M18 motorways, six miles from Sheffield and close to Doncaster.
What you'll be responsible for:
- The post holder is responsible for processing incoming training requests (via phone, generic training mailbox, weekly new starters, LanDesk etc) quickly and appropriately to ensure excellent customer service.
- To maintain the electronic scheduling of the training service ensuring accuracy of training records and events at all times. This involves synchronising the Training Database, Outlook calendars and Live schedules on Intranet, and entering the event registerswere required in a timely way.
- Responsible for the training rooms bookings and keys storage, ensuring the customers follow room standards at all times.
- Responsible for all the administrative aspects of our training standards and workflow, including venue, equipment, materials versions and record keeping to ensure high standards met at all times.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Previous administrative experience (desirable)
