The post holder will support the Managing Director, Deputy Director, and Clinical Director in the delivery of Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) services across the north region of the DHU UEC division.

The Head of Operations (HOps) will work closely with the Deputy Director and Head of Clinical Services and has responsibility for the performance delivery of the UEC north region divisional portfolio of services.

The HOps will ensure that Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) strategy is translated into front line delivery of services which support the achievement of organisational goals, a culture of patient safety and high standards of service delivery.

The HOps will also provide direct line management as defined within the divisional structure.
