Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Registered Midwife with a proven track record of ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Postgraduate leadership qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within complex maternity and healthcare environments.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational and service transformations to achieve improvements.
  • Experience in senior-level collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Recognized qualification in change management.
  • Proficiency in drafting complex reports and formulating policies.
  • Professional Midwifery Advocate certification.
