On Productions is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Commercial Management. This position is responsible for managing and developing our venue production services and venues portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client liaison and account management for existing venue partnerships
  • Leadership of venue service teams
  • New venue business development
  • Development of venue services products & packages
  • Negotiation of commercial arrangements & contractual obligations
  • Client & internal feedback
  • Industry networking & relationship development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing production services for a portfolio of UK-based venues
  • Previous experience in account management and business development
  • Previous experience in team management & leadership
  • A passion for production and creating exceptional experiences
  • Confidence and experience in managing new opportunities and delivering winning presentations and proposals
  • Good overall knowledge of production, including sound, lighting, video, and stage systems for corporate events
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Competent user of IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving license
