We are looking for a talented HR Generalist with a CIPD Level 7 qualification to join the team at a prominent professional services company based in Central Birmingham.

A well-established professional services company in Central Birmingham known for its collaborative and progressive work environment.
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
Important Note: This role will start on-site for the first few months and then move to a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a significant role in developing human resource strategies with a dynamic team.
- Manage employee relations cases of various complexities, including investigations, grievances, and mediations.
- Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including TUPE.
- Support system maintenance and payroll processing, experience with Cypher system is a plus.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and promote fair treatment of all employees.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification is a must.
- Prior experience in handling ER cases and HR projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Background in customer-centric industries or operational service roles is advantageous.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in change and transformation projects is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site at the beginning and then follow a hybrid working model.
