Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualified or working towards it, with a relevant degree.
  • HR Experience: Experience in a generalist HR role within a busy office environment.
  • Employment Law: Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Resilient, adaptable, and able to work across multiple sites when needed.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
