What you'll be doing:

  • To support the Training function by communicating with delegates and internal and external training providers;
  • Will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and multitasking ability with a strong attention to detail;
  • Resolve issues for both delegates and training providers as they arise;
  • Ensure established processes are followed;
  • Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations;
  • Undertake multi diary management and plan training to optimise time for delegates and trainers;
  • Arrange training events as required, prepare and disseminate required materials, eg: joining instructions;
  • Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving;
  • Support the work of other Administrators during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity;
  • Update competency records of employees, monitoring expiry dates, sending reminders and training invitations to staff.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a similar role;
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative, with great attention to detail Strong communicator;
  • Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales Very strong customer focus;
  • Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Good spoken and written communication, ability to keep all relevant parties informed;
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
