role

Responsibilities:

  • Own a set of revenue objectives and ensure deliverables are met

This may vary day-to-day:
you may be analysing a large dataset one day and driving an operational process the next.

  • Partner with your Sales team and maintain cadence of business operations and project managing to execute changes.
  • Align packaging & pricing with customer value and success using our customer data to ensure the correct pricing is set at the customer level.
  • Measure progress against plan; contribute to annual and quarterly revenue planning process through scenario planning and financial modelling.
  • Identify and lead strategic ad hoc projects, from definition to execution.
  • Build strong crossfunctional relationships with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, and other supporting teams.
What you will need

  • 47 years of relevant work experience either working in practice or industry, with deep experience in a business or commercial operations and minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical field (analytics, pricing, revenue management, gotomarket strategy).
  • Demonstrable experience in strategy development, including project management, problem solving, executive communication, consensus building, data analysis, and operational execution.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to simplify complexity to senior management. Proven results working with senior leaders, while having the emotional intelligence to be effective collaborating crossfunctionally. The ability to present confidently and coherently to senior management is essential.
  • Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets; high competence with Excel is required; ability to synthesise data into meaningful insight and business recommendations.
  • Proven excellence in delivery, from project concept to implementation, managing stakeholders to deadlines and orchestrating teams to work together.
  • Able to operate in an unstructured, fastpaced, and teamoriented environment. Must have the ability to filter out noise to address highest priorities.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, with a blend of analytical intellect and strategic vision.
