Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a field-based role. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing retail partners, retaining and developing relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing retail funding in line with business goals and budgets
  • Develop and implement account management plans to ensure alignment with merchant needs and business goals
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to deliver solutions for retail partners
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to maximize business opportunities
  • Use data effectively to drive proposals and understand merchant performance
  • Conduct regular merchant reviews and set up sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Represent Snap Finance UK as an ambassador and communicate our brand position and value
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to drive revenue growth through effective account management techniques
  • Retail finance or similar experience
  • UK driver's license and ability to travel daily within assigned territory
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, such as CONC, DISP, and Consumer Duty
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Experience with CRM software
