Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team and lead our B2C marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition through both paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize market analysis, trends, leads, and research to inform the prioritization of content themes, conversion strategies, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and execute written content for PPC, social media, and campaigns focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Contribute to targeting strategies via social and paid media channels, delivering key communications to drive conversions.
  • Support the development of growth strategies, focusing on marketing functionality and customer messaging.
  • Manage and distribute content across various promotional channels.
  • Provide input and strategic thinking on amplifying B2C messages in digital spaces, including paid advertising and other emerging channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Marketing automation experience.
  • Digital marketing experience targeting existing customers.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • GA4 experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • ROI conversion expertise.
