We're seeking a highly skilled New Customer Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team and lead our B2C marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition through paid and organic channels.
- Utilize market analysis, trends, leads, and research to inform content themes, conversion strategies, and delivery plans.
- Contribute to targeting strategies via social and paid media channels, delivering key communications to drive conversions.
- Support the development of growth strategies, focusing on marketing functionality and customer messaging.
- Manage and distribute content across various promotional channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Marketing automation experience.
- Digital marketing experience targeting existing customers.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- GA4 experience.
- CRM experience.
- ROI conversion expertise.
