Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven and skilled Client Acquisition Specialist to become a part of our team. This role involves identifying and securing new client relationships, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and expanding our customer portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a successful history in sales and client acquisition, particularly within the video production or related creative sectors.
As we aim to enhance our department, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Acquisition is essential to effectively advance the company.
Travel is an integral part of this position, thus possessing a personal vehicle and a full, clean UK driving license is necessary.
Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to attract new clients.Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure that client requirements and expectations are fulfilled.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the account management team while remaining engaged in sales activities within the account as needed.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the company's services and generate leads.Proven success in client acquisition or sales, ideally within the video production or creative industry.
Strong understanding of the video production process and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
Competitive base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
Commission structure based on the first 12 months of revenue from each new client acquired.
Ongoing commission for revenue generated beyond the first 12 months if the Client Acquisition Specialist remains actively involved in sales within the account.
