About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international advisory & accounting firm as a Senior Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting the senior leaders of the firm and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of high-performing finance business partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee the budget and forecast process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support pricing and profitability projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Manage accurate income and cost reporting, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Finance business partnering in a large and dedicated service line, working closely with senior leaders to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance roles, with a strong background in audit and a minimum of 4 years' experience.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate senior stakeholders.
  • The full and unrestricted right to work indefinitely in the UK.
