Job Summary

Abacus Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders, while leading a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners to deliver required outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.
  • Business Partnering: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business needs and provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality financial outputs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial outputs.
  • Skills: Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
