About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage cases, including portfolio buy-to-let, HMO, and bridging finance
  • Process and administer mortgage applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and brokers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Case Manager in a commercial mortgage environment
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including portfolio buy-to-let, HMO, and bridging finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
