Commercial Mortgage Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a complete client journey from application to completion, working on a variety of cases including portfolio buy to let, HMO, Commercial mortgages, and bridging finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage cases from application to completion
  • Work closely with brokers and administrators to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Process and administer commercial mortgage applications, including verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial mortgage administration, preferably in a specialist finance brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
