Duties/responsibilities

  • Nurture and build strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive a firstrate experience
  • Take inbound calls
  • Identify and pursue own business opportunities and leads in accordance with agreed target levels
  • Manage customers' accounts as part of sales ordering process, paying attention to credit limits and outstanding debt
  • Support with other daily/weekly/monthly sales office tasks: 3rd party orders, invoicing & enquiries
  • Keep up to date on product and promotional information
  • Experience/skills required
  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Detailed knowledge and demonstrative experience of Customer Service Excellence

Hours/benefits

  • 37.50hrs per week Monday Friday 08.30am 17.00pm (1hr lunch break)
  • Saturday morning cover on a rota system 08.00am. 12.00pm (this is overtime paid at time and a half)
