Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Carlisle store. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and advising on products and services, and working closely with our Parts Manager to drive sales and maximize margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Sell and advise on products and services, including Groundcare equipment sales.
  • Support the Parts Manager in maintaining industry-leading levels of customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the central machinery management team to work on projects and deliver on budgets.
  • Support with administration duties in both the Parts and Workshop departments.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to confidently sell and advise on products and services.
  • Previous customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team.
