The successful implementation and training of new customers on our Microsoft Dynamics based Garage Management Software.
Working independently with customers to prepare them for "Go Live".
Carry out training sessions both remotely and onsite.
Engaging with customers remotely and onsite to adapt both the system and their garage processes to implement the software successfully.
After completing the onsite go-live completing a handover with the support staff.
Remote and onsite refresher training sessions with current customers.
Attend regular team meetings.
Our requirements for you? Simple, a clean driving licence, basic computer skills, preferably with MS office products.
