The Priory Highbank Centre provides specialist care and rehabilitation for adults and children who have sustained a brain injury, including ventilator dependent, and is part of the Priory Group. The centre is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of adults and children through close interdisciplinary team working


Duties will include managing the recruitment process, onboarding colleagues for site, managing absences in line with policy (both short and long term absences), processing leavers, carrying out exit interviews, coordinating and arranging training for colleagues, drafting confidential letters and supporting managers with employee relation cases in a timely manner, under the guidance of the Regional HR Advisor.


The post holder must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, be able to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met and have the desire to provide an excellent service to managers.

Experience of using Microsoft packages is essential. Experience using HR and Payroll systems is adventageous, although full training would be provided.
