HR Advisor / HR Manager Job Description

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Bury St Edmunds to find a talented HR Advisor / HR Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to progress your career and work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team by providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and absence management.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead improvement projects to enhance HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on labour law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or CIPD Level 5 (ideal) or on track to become qualified.
  • University Degree or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Relevant work experience in HR, with a good understanding of payroll, recruitment, and selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
