The JD Group is seeking a skilled People Relations Advisor to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters. As a key member of our Bury Head Office team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate advice on disciplinary, grievance, and absence management, as well as family-friendly policies. With a strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices, you will work closely with Line Managers and colleagues to resolve complex employee relations issues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with colleagues will enable you to communicate outcomes clearly and effectively. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with the wider People team, supporting and coaching Line Managers to effectively manage and resolve employee relations matters. If you have a CIPD qualification and previous experience in HR or People Relations, preferably in a retail environment, we encourage you to apply. Your excellent knowledge of employment legislation and People Relations policies and procedures will be essential in this role. We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with our People team to provide exceptional support to our colleagues.
