Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The post holder will need to use their own initiative when executing tasks.

Duties:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, notes and other documents.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.

Experience/Skills:

  • Proven experience in an office administration or relevant role preferred but not essential for a suitable applicant who has the skills listed below:
  • Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have a friendly and approachable manner
