Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The post holder will need to use their own initiative when executing tasks.
Duties:
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, notes and other documents.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience in an office administration or relevant role preferred but not essential for a suitable applicant who has the skills listed below:
- Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently
- Have a friendly and approachable manner
Job Types:

£11.44-£13.00 per hour
