Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, including documents for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
- Creating and updating records on our in-house system, including collecting and processing information.
- Booking, preparing, and organizing meeting rooms and court hearings.
- Processing casework, including court orders, claims, and fines.
- Clerking Civil and Family Courts.
- Providing excellent customer service to Judiciary, Magistracy, and other court staff.
- Working under pressure to deliver a high-quality service.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) grades A*-C, or NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or administrative experience.
- Relevant computer skills to undertake the level of work required.
