Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Recordals Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of trade mark and design recordal forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine newly filed trade mark and design recordal forms and their accompanying legal documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Update relevant registers with accurate information and address any deficiencies or anomalies.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding decisions and actions taken.
  • Investigate and respond to gaps, errors, and irregularities in information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
