The role:
Fixed term - Administration Assistant required for September 2024.
The Governors wish to appoint a highly motivated and hardworking individual to our office team. An opportunity has arisen for a part time administrator role, 23 hours per week.
You will:
Complete general office duties as part of a team
- Meet and greet and liaise with visitors and parents, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Provide support to teachers and the leadership team
- Maintain our Arbor Pupil Database and support attendance and safeguarding colleagues.
- Be responsible for the ParentPay system.
- Manage and prioritise own workload and tasks.
- Order items for school, getting best value for money.
- Work effectively and efficiently under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Need to be flexible, accurate and able to deal with unexpected events / incidents within the school day.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude to school life.
- Great sense of humour
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will be required for all interactions with staff, pupils, parents, and other members of the school community.
- The ability to provide friendly, efficient service even at times of great pressure.
